Friendly and devoted staff. Liked the breakfast! Clean rooms with lots of amenities. Safe area, easy walking distance to attractions and restaurants. highly recommended.

As bike riders, we loved the complimentary bike rental service and the convenient location near cycling trails. The hotel staff was very helpful in recommending the best routes and providing information about bike-friendly attractions.

Simply fantastic. The staff were amazing! So friendly and went out of their way to do everything they can to make my stay as comfortable and pleasurable as possible. I don't normally write reviews, but it was a real pleasure to spend time at this charming b&b and will certainly do it again as it was a real treat. No wonder they are ranked number one in Merida and they deserve they ranking and much more.

Our stay at Santiago Hotel Boutique was absolutely fantastic. We felt like we got great value for our money, with a clean and comfortable room that exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center. The staff treated us like family, providing us with excellent service and valuable information about the activities and attractions in the area.

More options for breakfast would have been nice, like a wider variety of bread or pastries.

Large room (suite). Room service was well presented. Good value for money. Good restaurants within walking distance on the Av. Paseo de Montejo. Cheap taxi to the colonial city centre.

Bar and seating area on 6th floor was not open / in use.

The breakfast was enjoyable with the changing mexican specialities and different everyday, for instance, the staff was very pleasant and incredibly nice.

As part of our Honeymoon, we decided to book Merida Santiago Hotel Boutique for 5 nights and it exceeded our expectations. Jan and Rita treated us like family, providing detailed information about activities in the area and helping us book tours and rent a car. Rita's Mexican breakfasts were delicious, and we enjoyed the free drinks and snacks during the evening. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a complimentary minibar. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the center. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.

We liked the hotel, classic and delicious breakfast.

Our room was spacious well appointed, also it had iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a ceiling fan.

The room we booked was nicely furnished, good-sized with a very comfy bed.

The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. The food at the hotel was delicious and the breakfast options were outstanding. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We loved the little touches like the retro espresso coffee maker and the chocolate biscuits. I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in the heart of Merida and had an amazing experience. The location of this place is perfect, as it is within walking distance of many of the city's attractions. It was so convenient to be able to explore the city on foot without having to worry about traffic or transportation.
